Are you caring for a loved one living with chronic illness, aging-related challenges, or dementia?
Are you feeling stretched, tired, or alone in that role?
You are not alone.
Join a small, supportive group offering a safe and confidential space for conversation, listening, and encouragement among fellow caregivers.
Fridays, 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
May 22 – June 26 (6 weeks)

- Small group (6–10 participants)
- Refreshments provided
- Cost: Free
- Registration encouraged
- New participants welcome in the first few weeks, as space allows
